Min walked around into the Meadow. Her eyes were shut, but yet kept walking. As if she knew where mind knew where to walk.

A single glowing red eye stared out over the meadow from the cool shadows of a nearby tree. The eye fell upon minka as she walked through the grass. It seemed to glow brighter as it followed minka across the meadow, like a devilish red jewel.

A soft cold breeze came passed, as to blow her black hair into the flowing breeze around her. Min's red eyes glowed bright in the clouded day. Hoshi was strapped tightly to her back.

Craiger moved from shadow to shadow, following minka. observing her. studying her. Eventually a huge demonic grin with countless jagged teeth spread across his face. The mark of insanity.

Craiger shifted and morphed his body to the exact resemblance of minka and stepped out infront of her, blocking the path.

Her ruby eyes looked at the person in front of her. Whoever it was. Looked exactly like herself. As if they could, her eyes turned a brighter red then they already were. As if nothing, her calm, emotionless voice spoke with icy edge hidden in it. "Who and what are you. Why take the appearance of my own."

Craiger had never tried this trick before, but he had always wanted too. "Who and what are you. Why take the appearance of my own." he muttered in an exact copy tone of hos onlooker. The only thing that was different about the two currently standing in the meadow was one of them was lack of a shadow. And true enough beneath craiger's feet no shadow loomed. In which case, where was it?

As if it was a reflex, her hand went to the other person's neck. In this way, she was not in the mood. Everything had changed. "What is it that you find good enough to copy me? You are nothing bug a copy. What is the true forum of someone such as you?"

The very moment minka had removed the sole of her foot from the floor to rush at craiger, he did the same. With exact timing he had placed his hand around her throat at the exact moment she had wrapped her's around his. It was as if he knew what she was going to do, before she did.

"What is it that you find good enough to copy me? You are nothing bug a copy. What is the true forum of someone such as you?" He mimiced with same vocal tone as minka, then his usual calm, collected and yet unnerving and eerie voice rang through her ears. " nothig but a copy?.....then tell me why i am able to mimic you to the exact inch of your movements" he requested with a huge evil grin before returning it the same facial expression as his opposer.

"You play with ones emotions, play with brain waves. Understand the comsepct of the person you are to be copying." She said, her grip loosen and fell back to her side. Nothing, but not caring for if his or her hand was around her very own.

Craiger closed his eye and sighed before his body morphed back into its usual demeanor.

A tophat so dark it almost melded with the night sky sat atop his head, from the neck down , across his face was a black peice of cloth which covered his right eye, what was underneath couldnt be know unless it was removed. He wore a suit that seemed to have been weaved from the very shadows themselves and in his right hand was clutched a blackened cane with a silver skull fastened into the grip.

"you dont seem as simple as some of denescenes of this god forsaken place" he muttered, staring directly into minka's red eye's with his own, and as he did he seemed to be reading her very soul, surveying her from the inside out.

"Not many of those that live here understand anything that is different then from what they are. They fear, and jump to different Ideas. As I do not do things such as that. I watch and want to learn those that are different from myself. Hoping that one day I may get others to understand that no one is the same; no one is a copy. That we live with different views....understand different things."

"Indeed, but no matter how hard one tries they can never dismiss the simple quality that is the same in each individual even through the lies that make everyone the same it is clearly visible. for some it is stronger and that is what causes love, yet for some it is completely absent, and that is what drives anger and hatred towards others." he muttered, his eyes remaining transfixed upon her's.

This person was different compared to others yes and he sensed no unique powers residing from her, in fact he sensed a human aura about her. He licked his lips slightly at the thought of an untouched and pure neck. Flesh that had not been contaminated by another. juicy, soft and delicious.

She shrugged her shoulders, and walked passed him and stood in the wild open view. If anyone else then other then the two of them. would be able to see her better then the unknown man behind her very own self. The snow that was once falling at a soft, yet hard; came calm and slowed their fall. As if since of her calm Aura, calmed their falling speed.

"Minka Yuzuki..." She gave her name the the man, in hope for his in return. As finishing her last name; her voice faded into the night, gliding on the flowing soft wind.

Craiger made no eye movement as minka swept past him, his eye remained still upon the spot where her's once rested as if she were still there. "craiger grimm..." he muttered slowly turning to face her once more "the pleasure is mina alone" he added with a graveful bow.

His shadow strangely enough had returned to him once more, it stood beneath his feet copying him like he had copied minka. It was clear that Craiger received his powers from the shadows around him. But what other powers did such a mysterious man have hiding under his cloak?

"How is it your's alone? You know nothing of me but only that of my name." She said her voice was icy sharp and emotionless. She glanced over her shoulder, to look at him. Only seeing his back side. This time she fully turned her body to once again to face him.

Craiger continued to stare at minka, for some reason he always looked into her eyes and never at anything else. "i say the pleasure is mine, because i have never met another who has a similar mind to mine, the other people of this academy have simple and narrow minds, but you seem more complex" he muttered as a dark aura swept around his shoulders and formed what looked like a cape of some sorts.

"but if it is solitary confinement in the lush landscape's of the meadow you seek, then i shall humble your wishes and take my leave" he added as he turned around once more and began his journey elsewhere.

She sighed, seeing her breath in the cold air. The crunch of the snow was heard, quick ones. A sign that someone was walking after one of the two. Minka had laid her hand on his shoulder. A smile played on her lips. "I said nothing for you to leave, I enjoy you to be staying here."

Craiger let slip a smile as minka placed her hand upon his shoulder to prevent him from moving any further. "than if it is the lady's wish i shall stay" he muttered before casting the smile aside and replacing it with an emotionless frown and slowly turning to face minka.

"pray tell me, why would such a woman as yourself seek solitude in the snowy meadow on such a bitter cold night as this?" he asked his eyes once more meeting with her's as he usually did.

"It's a place where no one would be able to see you, see what you do, or what you've done. I find it quite calming to be out here in the bitter cold. Reminds me of all the things that have happened in my life." Minka said in a soft voice, her head tilted up toward the sky.

Craiger's understanding of the phsyciological side of things was quite attuned and thus he could make things out about people by the way they acted or by the things they said. Judging from what minka has said about the cold she had, had a very dismal and unhappy life, probably cast aside as a child and forgotten or forced to live alone due to a tragic accident. However even though Craiger was quite good at guessing such things there was no garuntee they were right.

"the past is nothing but a collection of memories stored in one's mind, some memories hurt and other fill one with joy and happiness, but no matter how much we try to replace these memories, they will never leave and they will always be just that. memories." Craiger mused as he stared up at the moon which hung above in the night sky, a gentle mist swirled around it, sperating the moon from the stars.

"Even still, those memories can huant ones find for the rest of their lives. Never able to forget what they may have had done, wrong, or done right. They are like ghosts. Hard to forget, yet easy to remember." Min said glancing down at him, looking at him.

Craiger listened intently as minka spoke, before sliding his eye slightly to the right, his eye meeting her's once more. "some memories do indeed haunt the soul forever long" he began as he placed a hand upon the cloth that covered his eye. "And yet no matter how hard we try to forget, those memories will be there till the day we die, corroding us from the inside" he finished with his hand remained upon the cloth.

Another sigh came from her lips, reaching for the hand that was covering the cloth. "Yet in the end, the teach everyone a life lesson. And there are memories that are the best, and keep us smiling, laughing, and having a good time." She said with a soft voice, pulling the hand down only slightly.
