Shizuka strode along the path with Alphard at her side, his head bowed but his face looking ahead with eyes that pierced the darkness. His cheetah patterned fur contrasted against the darkness, his white, feathered wings almost glowing. She continued her walk with him at his side, looking ahead to two blurs; a red and light gray one. "Vampire..."

*a illusion of another girl that looks like Maya but with red eyes and a kimono on appears*

Shiz-chan......... and shes scared again....

Shizuka placed a hand in between Alphard's shoulder blades as he lost his winged cheetah form in exchange for a small black house cat with pale gray eyes. "Good... evening.

*pauses keeping her guard up knowing shes back to the scared Shiz-chan and if she made one wrong move Sakurai would have Maya's head*
hello Shiz-chan.......

*looks at the other girl who just appeared*
"hi there. i'm makoto kiyomizu. you can call me in any you way you want, i honestly don't care."
*looks at maya*
"what's wrong?"

*glares at Mako*
nothing! why must something be wrong?
*backs away from Shiz-chan a little*

"My name is Shizuka... ah, Yakumo. It's a pleasure to meet you." Her body from her torso up bended into a bow, straightening up not too long afterward. She gave a heart warming smile to the human, turning her gaze back to Maya as the smile faded to a smaller one. Holding Al in her arms like a cradled baby, she kept an unwavering and unafraid eye on the vampiress. "Keya-san? Why are you afraid?"

"hello there shizuka. it's a pleasure to meet you too."
*looks at maya"
"maya, do you know this person?"
*looks back at shizuka*
"well anyways, i hope to get to know you better."
*holds his hand out for a handshake*

*watches then both*

Shizuka looked down at Makoto's held out hand and took it in her own small and delicate one, giving a somewhat weak handshake. She released his hand and kept her eyes on Maya, Alphard hissing lightly at her. Shizuka lowered her head to shush Alphard then raised it once more to watch her carefully. "Back to the way I am-" her voice paused at the presumption that Sakurai would carelessly kill someone without a logical explanation. "My sister... wouldn't hurt you. Unless your actions provoked it... Keya-san." Her voice lowered to a still cooing but somewhat defensive tone.

"oh i'm sorry. but who is it that we are talking about here? i'm not very familiar with this Sakurai person..."
*looks at maya*
"why are you tense around Shizuka? she seems like a nice person"

*jumps away for the hissing thing screaming a little eyes going yellow*

Alphard jumped from Shizuka's arms and stood firmly at one foot tall, his eyes an impaling silver. His claws extended as his tail flicked side to side, his stance offensive. Shizuka glanced down to Alphard then back to Maya, seeing her eyes change a color new to Shizuka's own. She stood firmly in one place, watching her without her eyes straying. "Sakurai's my sister. She's a hunter. Keya-san, don't assume my sister's actions..." Keeping her calm, she gave a polite smile as she shushed Alphard to stop his hostility.

*looks at the cat not taking her eyes off it*
Hunters..... are here on earth of one thing Shiz-chan........ and please dont use my last name.....

"I can't address you by your first name. That would be rude... and I don't like being rude." Shizuka knelt down to pull Alphard from the ground and back to her chest, the cat's eyes completely locked on Maya's body, his body tense. "Hunters are here to rid of the world of bad beings. Whether it be human or demon, vampire of werewolf... don't make out my sister to be some cold-blooded murderer..."

*acting surprised*
"oh from my memories, i can recall my father was a hunter as well...though he did retire."
*looks at shizuka*
"can you tell me more about the hunters?"

She acts like one!! damn!!
*eyes go orange as she turns to leave*
If she didn't act like one then i wouldn't be scared of her! but she act's like one!
*walks away eyes orange the area heating up a lot*

Shizuka's hands clenched into a fist as her body shook. Using the tip of her foot, she kicked up a palm sized rock and grabbed it, throwing it at Maya's back with her eyes narrowed. "Stop that..." Her mind completely set of Maya, she didn't notice Makoto's request.

*turns around Ai now in her hand grabbing the rock and crushing it*
Do not! mess with me.
*eyes still orange bit getting a red tint*

*eyes start flashing blue and red as she turns and runs*

heh..... to over come your fears you must face then head on.....

"Don't run you stupid coward!" Shizuka feet began running forward after Maya with Alphard at Maya's heels, his form transforming into that of a white-winged cheetah, holding her scent.
