1.
Name: mokotosuki
Technique: mokotosuki
Stamina Required: -7 Intelligence per post by user while the technique is activated
HP Deduction: -0
Description: Can use telepathic powers. The user's eyes look something like a yin yang symbol that's sideways. The user can read minds and use telepathy taking up a moderate amount of energy. The user must make eye contact with a person to read their mind, and the longer the user can keep eye contact, the more of that persons memories and thoughts from before are obtained. these memories can be deleted from the users brain later on. if the user has become good friends with someone they can read their current thoughts and speak to them within 2,000 feet. Telepathy uses more energy the farther away they are. The effectiveness of Makotosuki can be disrupted with enough distraction as the user needs a high amount of focus to use it. a con of makotosuki is that while it is activated, it is impossible for kyoichi to lie.
Advantages: can read someones thoughts and memories, speak telepathically.
Disadvantages: 1. the user cannot lie while makotosuki is activated
2. too much distraction can cause the technique to fail
3. must make eye contact to use on a person who isn't a good friend.

2.
Name: Black moon (sword)
Technique: dark wind
Stamina Required: -9 Strength, -7 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -15
Description:
dark wind that can be shot out of black moon. the wind can cut, depending on what kind of wind attack is used. short bursts of wind attacks that are condensed and concentrated can make cuts and have a small blow back force. a wider, less condensed and concentrated attack will blow an enemy or object in the direction the wind is shot. if the wind is narrowed to the extreme it will have a piercing effect, like a dark wind arrow. the more narrow or concentrated the wind, the more damage done, but the less
area hit and the less blow back force.
Advantages: has a wide range of effects
Disadvantages: 1. only has a range of 15 ft
2. can hurt the user if they are not cautious

3.
Name: wind manipulation
Technique: Gale fist
Stamina Required: -11 Strength, -3 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -5 for each orb hitting the opponent
Description: a magic technique that is quick, weak, and requires no incantation. the user gathers condensed orbs of air on their fist's using magic and then shoots them at a target. has a range of 15 ft, and is 80% accurate, after it goes beyond it's range it becomes very inaccurate and will do no damage, only a small impact.
Advantages: quick, doesn't take up much energy
Disadvantages: 1. is weak. not really meant to do much damage just to distract the opponent and open them up for an actual attack.
2. can only be shot from the hands


4.
Name: Magic
Technique: Gavities Rebel(level 1)
Stamina Required: -8 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -0
Description: lessens gravity around the user by 25%, taking 1/4th of their weight off. last for 5 minutes after activation. also requires an incantaion to activate.
Advantages: can run faster, jump higher
Disadvantages: 1. the user falls from the air more slowly, making them a sitting duck while in mid air
2. cannot be deactivated by user, only when the time limit run out
3. requires incantaion to activate, incantaion can be interrupetd.
5.
Name: Magic
Technique: Mana shield
Stamina Required: -5 Intelligence, -5 Strength
HP Deduction: -0
Description: a faintly glowing blue aura of magic forms into a shield that covers the users front and deducts 25% of the damage from one hit.
Advantages: deducts 25% of the damage from an attack
Disadvantages: 1.only works on one attack

2. only works on attacks that hit the front of the user

6.
Name: Wind Magic
Technique: One with the wind
Stamina Required: -7 Strength, -6 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -0

Description: the user uses magic to reconstruct their atoms to something similar to air, the atoms spread out slightly so the user can go through inorganic objects. they also gain the ability to fly. this spell requires an incantation(takes one post to complete incantation) to be activated. if the incantation is interrupted, the technique fails. magic is not expended until incantation is complete so there is no loss of energy if the incantation fails. if the user is hit while using this incantation they get double the damage and the technique will fail. spell does not require a continuous stream of magic to stay in effect, only the magic used to initiate it. user cannot attack physically while in this form.
Advantages: gain the powers of flight and intangiblity

Disadvantages: 1. cannot attack while spell is in effect.
2. takes double damage when hit while using spell.
3. spell ends instantly when hit.

7.
Name: Wind manipulation
Technique: Eye of the storm
Stamina Required: -13 Strength, -5 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -0
Description:
user creates a barrier of wind around themselves. this barrier does not
block physical attacks, but can block elemental attacks. the barriers
main purpose is to part all the air around the user to eleminate air
resistence, thus increaseing their speed tremendusly. the barrier can
also create vaccums on any side of it to give the user another burst of
speed, but this burst is unpredictable and uncontrollable. the user may
not stop where they want to and in rare cases go in the wrong
direction. the user must allow the barrier to admit oxygen in often
enough for them to breath, or they will passout from lack of air.
Advantages: can block elemental attacks, boost speed tremendusly.
Disadvantages: 1.must stop and let oxygen in often enough to breath.

2. takes 2 post to form
3. vacuum boost can throw user of target

8.
Name: wind manipulation
Technique: Air afterimage
Stamina Required: {Sakurai will determine this.}
HP Deduction: {Riza will determine this.}
Description: user creates an afterimage by using their body as a structure. they make an afterimage from air around themselves, it molds to mimick their appearance perfectly, but is hollow and can't move. it can take 2 hits max before disappearing. uses very little energy to make and does no take long to create.
Advantages: can be switched with to avoid a hit
Disadvantages: it cannot move, it can only take up to 2 hits before disappearing.



9.Name: Wind manipulation/Blackmoon(sword)
Technique: Wind Scyth
Stamina Required: {Sakurai will determine this.}
HP Deduction: {Riza will determine this.}
Description: user creates scyth blades made of air around them and shoots them at one or multiple targets. can also make an entire scyth made of wind to hold and attack and defend with. this attack can also be shot from BlackMoon, but it can only shoot one at a time. the wind scyth from Blackmoon is charged up very fast and turned to a dark/wind element attack. it does more damage and is larger and it moves faster. the farther away the target from the wind scyths is, the less control the user has over them and thus less accurate they become.
Advantages: can be used to attack several enimies a once
Disadvantages: takes time to make, is more inaccurate at farther distances.

10.
Name: Epicness
Technique: Epic Point!
Stamina Required: {Sakurai will determine this.}
HP Deduction: {Riza will determine this.}
Description: the user points at their target in a dramatic and epic fashion. the wind around the place where they point begins to form into small blades and blugering objects. these objects and blades all converge onto the pointed place.
Advantages: is cool looking and damaging
Disadvantages: the pointing can look dorky if not pulled off right, user has to stay in pose pointing while attack forms.
