Fallen, Selestra

One the night of the twenty-third of December, Selestra Manara Annalia Nanao Ayame Fallen was born. Two years later Selestra's younger sister Sirena was born. Selestra spent most of her free time taking care of Sirena. It was when Sirena was three and Selestra was five that Sirena became very sick. Sirena's sickness was caused by the curse of the Fallen family. Selestra found that out when she went to the family's library and read the history books. She found out that about seventeen generations ago her family was attacked by a group of vampires that had gone on a rampage. The fighting went on for years and finally her family called for a truce. They offered the vampires a ritual that would cause the vampires to learn the magic that the Fallen family could learn while the Fallen family gained another personality that would cause them to take on vampiric personalities. These would only show should human blood be spilt or even the blood of a halfbreed that has human dna.

Selestra decided to preform a ritual of her own to save her sister. After researching, she found out that Sirena was sick because of her vampiric personality. So Selestra did the only thing she was able to do, she performed a ritual that caused Sirena to lose her vampiric personality. So instead of Sirena having to be sick thanks to the personality any longer, it became fused with Selestra's own vampiric personality. This reaction caused another being to form inside Selestra. This being became her vampire have, which was later named Seres. Though she learned to eventually deal with Seres for the most part.

At the age of seven she learned to control the Force of Nature's Light element. It was around this time that she was tending to the gardens one day, helping one of the family's friends. The friend of the family cut their finger on a thorn of a rose. Selestra almost immediatly smelled the blood and the changed happened quickly do to her young age. She slipped into darkness and when she came to she was in the hallway of her own home, blood splattered on the walls as bodies, or what was left of some laid on the floor around her. She knew almost immediatly what had happened and ran to check on her parents and tell them what happened. However she saw that her parents were no longer breathing, let alone in one piece. She began to panic and quickly went to her sister's bedroom.

Relief flooded her as she saw that Sirena's room was left untouched. Selestra packed some things and grabbed Sirena then left the area. She looked for a home that looked nice and welcoming for Sirena. She knew that she wouldn't be able to raise Sirena, not while she had to control Seres. So she left Sirena in the care of a different mage family and left on her own to try and either control Seres or get rid of her.

After making sure Sirena was in a safe family, she started to work on her strengths with her magic as well as the scythe she asked to be forged by a blacksmith mage. That way it would amplify her magic to a point with some spells. Selestra also learned how to control one of the abilities that Seres has. This being the wings that Seres always has when she takes over. Selestra not only worked on her magic though, she worked on her physical strength as well during her times in the woods and during her travels so she wouldn't have to depend souly on her magic. During her travels at the age of nine, she found a private school for mages. This school is where she learned to control her abilities more and she left at the age of eleven for more adventures. Between the ages of eleven and fourteen though, Selestra occasinally went back to the now ruins of her home, which aloud her to see a childhood friend that hadn't been there for Seres' outbreak.
