*walks through the streets*

*walks down the street wearing a crimson red cloak*
*scent is hidden and hood is up*

*sits on top of one of the buidlings look out at some of the city*
*sighs and expression fades into a distant look*
*feels the wind flow by and curls up hiding face in knees*
I still can't feel if it's cold or warm...

*streches out and lays on top of the building*

I spent move than twelve hours just sitting there...
*blinks looking annoyed*

*sighs sitting up and jumps of the building walking away*

When the wind stopped Kou came out of the air out of nowhere and fell to the ground.
"Dang wind...." Kou mummered as he sat up.

Kou then feel in wind picked up and ride on it, getting out of the street.

*walks down the street aimlessly*

Kou walked into the street, wondering where he is.

*steps out from the shadows*

*yawns and stretches*

*stands beside Xavier and leaves hands in pockets*

Kuro, whom do you take orders from?

*eyes are ice cold, looking straight ahead*
*waits for Kuro's answer*

*looks at Sakurai then lifts his head up to the sky thinking*
"hmmm.... I have no clue, I don't think I really have a person that gives me orders like your Order or Counsil or whatever gives you..."
*wiggles fingers*

Who hosts the meetings then? Spartoi must have secret meetings just as we do in the council.
*closes eyes calmly*

*opens and closes hands, nodding once*

*narrows eyes very slightly, thinking*

*raises an eyebrow at Xav*
"Your a very open mouthed person aren't you? Speaking out your Counsil's secrets?"
*sighs and shakes his head*

We question you, not the other way around. Now answer. Having meetings isn't an entirely great secret, its all about location and the members who attend as well as the information shared.
*taps foot impatiently*

*smirks at Xavier*
"Well you are right.... You are asking questions but, unfortunately you are making it difficult for even a kind person like me to stand talking to you much longer..."

*opens eyes, turning head towards him*
Then speak to Sakurai. She's asking you the same based questions I am.

*rubs pads of index finger and thumb together, looking up at Kuro calmly*

Unfortunately, if Amber was alive, her section would be easily rid of.

*walks over and stands in front of him*

*steps aside and watches Kuro carefully*

*puts a finger up in the air*
"Oh yeeAAAHH. I forgot to mention something. I have another question before I go."
*puts hands in his pockets*
"Why aren't you guys preventing any murders? Isn't that why the law was inacted? I mean.... It's for the safety of the people right? Why do you have to segregate people? Couldn't you have just made it so the hunters have to police Hokkaido and make sure it's safe?"

*stands silently*
