Technique: Transmutation
Stamina: -3 Intelligence
Description: I can change objects into other objects.
Advantages: I can use this to make something that blocks an attack, or an object that may be useful at the time.
Disadvantages: I can only transmute an object into another object if the mass is exactly the same. So unless the book's very tiny, I can't transmute a paper clip into a book.

Technique: Mental Arrest
Stamina: -5 intelligence
Description: This technique make a person start to forget how to do every single action in the body that aren't involuntary.
Advantages: As a lesser version of a comatose bind, a shock bind is able to make a person forget how to do things up to an hour.
Disadvantages: This also takes a lot of effort and concentration on a person for the amount of time the cast will last.
(eg. 45 minutes of bind = 45 minutes of concentrating)
