You turned down a path to rid yourself of all emotion, and you've either failed miserably...or you're an amazing liar.
So...why did you go through the pain of putting yourself on the path in the first place?

So I can see...
I can no longer hear thoughts, because I took an innocent life.
I did that of my own free will. And as far as everyone here knows, I'm blind.
I put myself on a path that would force me to reveal my secret.
However....I don't know the circumstances, nor what you did to do so, to put yourself on your own path.
I've heard your mind. You try to pull off emotionless, or tried, rather.
I was just wondering, what made you do so, knowing it would set you up for failure.

As far as anybody knows I am emotionless. Nobody but the peole I wish to protect will know otherwise, I learned that from a friend. Though he went about it the wrong way. I learned from it and fixed it. I store my emotions in one person, as long as I have that person. Then I still have some sort of emotion cause they still view me as human and not a monster.

To your question emotions lead to weakness and weakness leads to death. Those simple words are what put me on my path to the way I am now. You say I set myself up for failure, but I have to disagree. I got all I wanted when I set out to become like this.

Mael had too many people he wanted to protect. Almost everybody saw him like an older brother, so even if he wanted to come off as emotionless. There was no chance he could actually do it.

Now you take me, i had a growing darkness in me. I gave myself to that darkness in order for power. A perk of that power was no emotions, but one can never truly rid themselves of emotions. No matter how hard they try, so I decided to find one person and place my emotions in them. That way I have them both: on one hand i'm an emotionless monster, but on the other hand when i'm with that person i'm just human.

See the difference with one person, I can still maintain my emotionless self. cause I only have one person I have to protect. With more then one you have sspread yourself to then and thus your emotions always show.
