Advantages: possibly doesn't hurt those she doesn't want it to(allies), doesn't require prep time
Disadvantages: if making it so it doesn't harm allies: costs more then it usually takes, can only be used twice a DAY, cannot kill no matter what, can only be used after Foresight has been used at least once.

If in the case that Itasuku is electrically charged, he is able to use
his claws and strike out his electricity to form an X shape. This is
used to block incoming movements, attack, projectiles, spells, etc.
Advantages: This technique is very well managed and executed, meaning it's a very strong shield if needed.
Disadvantages:
Itasuku must be electrically charged before hand before using this technique.

Advantages: Protects the user and whoever is directly behind the user.
Disadvantages: Only lasts for the duration of one skill/attack. Only protects the user from things coming from the front. Can only protect those directly behind the user due to the caster being in front of them and using the spell to protect themself as well.
