*Iori instantly stopped and cupped his hands behind his back, then pushed them outward at a fast rate*

Name: Fire Element
Technique: Hadouken
Description: When using this technique, Iori cups his
hands together behind his back and then thrusts it forward, exposing
his palms to the enemy. At that point, a large fireball, about 1 meter
in radius, comes out from his hands and shoots at the enemy at high
speeds. This move only causes instant damage of hit, and does not cause
burn damage. If being used while close to an enemy, it cannot be dodged
unless the person were to instantly move from its path (teleporting,
ect).
Advantages: Causes damage from afar, and is undodgeable when close.
Disadvantages: Most likely will not work on fire
users. Doesnt cause excessive burn damage as most fire-based attacks
do, and it can only be used 8 times in a battle.

*cartwheels to the side of it*

It looks that way.

You do reailze that it only goes in a straight line. And if at the right distance, such as I was, anyone could just twirl their way to the side it missing them by quite a distance.

Mya walk though the feild hoping to get away
from all the promblems she has. She look at the cold
sky as she thought about her past. How everyone she use
to knew was gone or missing. Mya suffle though the grass as she sat
down she set her hands behind her and looked at the sky.

Whit the flakes of snow falling from the sky in slow soft descents Noah walks the fields. he was still becoming used to the area as a whole since he arrived to the area of the academy. I was like he was in a state of slowed time the feeling slow falling snow gave him as he singled out flakes until the touched the ground. His hands in his pockets hiding his brown gloves in the pockets of his fine black leather trench coat lined with the fur of beast long since extinct. His black hair becoming damp from the flakes that are caught in his net. His scarf long and flowing in the wind.

Each step on the still moist yet solid ground muting his footfalls. His eyes still gazing at the random flakes that found his eyes lead him to a female who looks like she has no problem sitting on the ground even thought she may end up muddled. His body urged him away from that one but his mind gave it a swift Objection. he made his path the lone female playing the same game as he was or so it seemed. He approach with his footsteps still muted, he was going to speak with her even thought his body told him no.

He pulled his scarf off of his face revealing the rest of his dark skin face contrasted by his emerald eyes, "My dear," His voice was sharp but not bold, "That can not be all to healthy for you."

She jumped up as she looks at the young guy.
Mya look at him in a sort of confused way and than
shakes her head. Her hand were cold from the snow
and she looked at the guy she never seen before.
"who are you" she asked?

he places his finger under his chin and he paused for a moment like he was thinking. "Well my name is....." he bowed forward and placed his left hand over his heart, "Nowatanabe Watanuki." He raised his head and smiled at her, "but if you like you can call me Noah." then he looked at her with his green eyes "What is you name milady." the urge to cut and run was building in him.

*walks in humming softly, twisting a flower of ice around in her fingers*
