Shizuka laughed and smiled with a slightly opened mouth, looking up to Iori as he led them out. "A-Are you alright with that?" her voice held hesitation before she continued to speak. "I enjoy making memories with you." she retorted with modest confidence in her answer. She really did adore making memories with Iori. She smiled and caught him staring into her eyes, his dark stare that visibly held kindness and affection freezing her feet in their spot.

Of course i am! These memories we share will never subside, and thats the best part.
If we're ever apart from eachother, we can just think of the good times...
*Iori had continued to walk and noticed Shizuka stop, making himself stop as well*
Is there something wrong?
*his eyes went from black to a dark, dull red*

Shizuka blinked and inhaled a sharp gasp that led to pain in her lungs, instinctively wrapping her free arm around her stomach and nodding with a quaint smile painted on. "N-No, come on, let's get going." She managed to continue her walk, passing Iori and now walking him out of the church, humming a tune Sakurai would always sing to her to change the subject and avoid any questions comfortably. She waited for Iori to stand beside her so he would lead her to their destination.

*Iori knew something was up, but decided not to pry and simply walked out the door, took Shizuka's hand, and walked off with her*
