The Waterfall

*stands up and walks over to the tree and jumps up next to her*

*looks at him, smiles then looks up at the moon through all the other branches*

*stares at the stars then looks at her*

*puts my hand in my hair and ruffles my hair, still looking up*
heh...so pretty
*notices that hes looking at me and looks at him, hand still in my hair*
*smiles and moves my hand out of my hair and to my side*

*smiles and moves a little closer*

*ear twitches, continues to smile at him*

*giggles softly, still smiling*

hello *disappears and reappears next to the bike and gets on * I need to leave for a bit *starts up the engine and rides off to the sparing grounds*

*smiles and jumps down from the tree, changing into full form*
*continues smiling and runs off to my dorm*

Keller walked up to the Waterfall, her bare feet silent against the lightly frost covered ground, "This... is going to be cold..... " she said, a smile on her face. Kneeling by the water, she broke the thin sheet of ice, and pushed it away, "Very, very cold...." Keller laughed, standing up. She slipped off the shirt and skirt she wore, revealing a pale yellow two piece swim suit, with a black skull on the chest. Without hesitation, she dived into the pool of the water, at the bottom of the crystal falls.

Juubei had the idea of cleaning both Tika and Tsuki tonight, his option was the waterfall after his apartment was under current 'renovation' to be redecorated. "well this looks peaceful doesn't it ladies?" he said placing both Kiritike and Tsukikage on the ground. "want a clean tonight ladies?" he said smiling drawing them both from their sheaths.

"Why that would be ever so lovely Juubei, I haven't had a clean in quite a long time" Tsuki said slightly louder than normal her voice filled with joy. "Juu-kun, theres a girl in the water, wouldn't she see us and tell the Hunter society that your carrying living blades as partners?"

Juubei sighed and shrugged. "its not really my concern"

Keller surfaced, pushing her silky, pure black hair out of her face. Sighing, she lifted herself out of the water. She looked over at Juubei, tilting her head, curiously, "Hello..." she said, her melodic and deceivingly sweet voice just heard over the rushing of the falls.

"Bonjour mon ami" he said smiling sliding both the blades into the chilled water slowly making sure the temperature was perfect. "Sorry if I disturbed you mi'lady"

Keller smiled, ever so slightly, "No, you are fine," she said. She outstretched her arms over her head, and arched her back--- stretching. She shivered, attempting to warm herself, 'Such a stupid idea...' she chided herself, laughing.

Juubei gave a chuckle and cleaned both Kiritika and Tsukikage placing them back in their sheaths. "Cold miss?" he asked sliding his feet into the water slowly biting his lip.

Keller nodded, "Yes, the water.. is.... cold...." she said, watching him. She grabbed her school uniform over shirt, slipping it on to her shoulders, without buttoning it up. She sat back by the water, her legs crossed Indian style.

Juubei sighed and took off his jacket placing it around her covering her entire body almost. "You should wear more in this kind of weather miss, you'll get terribly sick if you don't wear more than a school uniform" he said breathing in the chilled air and exhaling it slowly.

Keller laughed, lightly and musically, as always, "Oh, but I do love stealing jackets from kind young men," she said, jokingly. She shook out her waist-length hair.

"you can keep it, if it keeps you from getting sick I wont mind a single bit" he chuckled lightly looking up at the sky. "You know, nights like these can be such a pain when girls steal your clothing" he said with a light smirk closing his eyes slowly.

"Juubei, do be careful you trust too easily and she could know that your not doing your job as a hunter anymore and your helping the demons, vampires, half-breeds and werewolves. you need to focus more." he heard Tsuki whisper into his mind giving a light nod.

"so what brings you out here miss?

Keller laughed, pulling his jacket over her shoulders, relishing the warmth, "It is...? I didn't know..." she said, feigning surprise, "Any who...." Her stone gray eyes glanced at the sparkling, frozen sapphire water, "I came out here... on one of my crazy whims to swim in ice cold, below freezing water." Her shoulders rose and fell--- shrugging.

"well that's not the brightest thing to be doing, going into hypothermia and dying from cold isn't a good thing not the best way to die I tell ya that now mon ami" he said chuckling. "though ice water is refreshing"

"Not a good idea.... Walking into a busy highway, with all kinds of vehicles rushing passed at who knows what speed, with your eyes closed.... Is not a very good idea, either.... But I did that too. Death..." Keller trailed off, shaking her head, letting the silence take over the atmosphere, "But yes.... Icy water is refreshing..." Her eyes moved to the blue-gray sky, the same smile never leaving her lips.

"I must say, your pretty good looking for a young lady" juubei gave a soft chuckle and sighed lightly. "Too many pretty girls these days, all of em crazies and all of em crazy enough to get themselves killed"

Keller tilted her head to the side, looking at him, "Thank you... And... I may be crazy..." she laughed, "But it is worth it.... I love... the rush you get... when you do something utterly crazy, and stupid. There is... nothing like it in the world... Well... actually, now that I think of it, there.... there is one thing, that can compare to it..."

"and whats this one certain thing little lady? I'm sure if your crazy enough to do it I might as well do it with ya the next time you do it. like you said, the rush is the best thing ever" he said nudging her shoulder lightly.

Keller laughed, averting her eyes to the water, "Well...." she paused, awkwardly, having trouble finding the right words, "I really.. do not think.... Err..." She bit the inside of her bottom lip, "The certain.. thing... that could even come close to the rush of danger.. is the feeling of loving someone, and someone loving you back." she shrugged, turning her head, and looking up at Juubei, her head tilted, "You have felt... that certain emotion...?"
