I have mastered the Ryukyu fighting style already. but there is always something to improve no matter what. I mostly train my endurance and toughness. I pretty much just hit myself a bunch a times to toughen my skin.

yes but why not harden it naturally, that way its always tough and never caught off guard. Its savage training but I will do anything to improve my physical prowress. Its also not the only training, there are many ways to improve the Ryukyu style. i just don`t like the death factor in most of them.

you cannot gain without sacrifice...such is the training of Ryukyu. Its a battle against yourself for every excercise. its just like a real fight, you lose...you die...
