maid of honor so it should go slow and easy.
why did you come out here any who? " she asked
as she stop talking about her wedding.

He looked down at his feet and started to tug at his hair his face a crooked smile and his feet kicking the snow around them like a misbehaved child, he chuckled, "I desired to be here so I came here" it was a simple as that he had no reason to do anything other than he felt like it he looked at his feet in the snow, "I do think they desired to be here more than I." He looked at her, "Do you think it queer to be lead to such far places on a mere thought?"

Mya males a snow ball and pants it in
her hands.
"no, I do it alot base on aura...I

I also follow people aura's to find them.
It not that easy... " Mya said as she smiled.
Mya looked at his face tilting upward at him.
"would you think it weird that, I'm a mage"

he walked around her seeing her snow ball, he decied to follow suit making one of his own and he spoke on her question, "A mage?" he said like it was a slight surprise but the thought made his hair stand on ends it troubled him slightly but not enough to matter, "We all long as you look human I can't have any problems." that was his truth you were human as long as you looked it and if you became beast, you were abeast but if become human from beast then you were human once more no problem.

"mage's always look human, unless
they change themself into a animal i would say.

Ichiro blinks. He can only see darkness in front of him and beside him. It has been that way for the past minute now. No sound at all. Then, the voice. "Welcome to the parade of darkness. This is our arena. Now the rules of this game is simple. In the complete darkness, before I kill you, you must be able to touch me. If you do, I will give you the strength you need. If you don't, let's just say whatever happens in this place, happens in the outside world as well...", the voice said, chuckling evilly at the last sentence.

Ichiro took heed of the warning. This was a life or death situation. He only had two choices. Win and gain power or lose and die. It was a bet he had taken when he first opened the Reaper's Manual, the "Death Grimoire" as the weird shadow called it. Ichiro stuck out his hand, but there was nothing but darkness... darkness that was darker than itself.

"Oh and... no using the Death Grimoire...", the voice told Ichiro as he felt himself stripped off a huge amount of energy. In front of him was the Grimoire of Death, glowing in a purple light, the only light source in this whole place. Then it vanished...

Ichiro could only rely on his senses now. He closed his eyes to concentrate on his hearing. He could hear the air moving. He ratted out the extra noise and focused on the more abnormal sounds... like footsteps drawing closer. Ichiro could only focus for more than a second before he was struck on the chest, as if a jackhammer was working its way through his body and struck him... It was that painful.

Ichiro spurted out some blood and wiped it off. Well, at least he thought he did. Meanwhile, another hit came from the back. Ichiro decided that he could find the voice from the air and he did... but the attack came from the other direction. This person was fooling with him...

Damn it... Ichiro thought, at the realization that he was vulnerable to attacks and was inevitably the prey... he had to become the predator... but how? This was as if the hunter was trying to shot the prey with a tranquilizer shot but continually misses while the prey gathers in herds to fight him...

Wait! Herds? That was it! This person wasn't attacking from another direction... he had duplicates of himself to do that. Ichiro whipped out Seki and did a circling action in the area around him. That won him a sound applause.

"Congratulations. You found my first trick. Looks like I won't be using that anymore... of course... I have more than one trick up my sleeve. So be careful..."

Ichiro was cautious. That last remark had left him sated with fear. At the thought of something stronger that person had in his arsenal, Ichiro was afraid he really might not make it out. But he had to... to apologize to Mya...

Another blow. It struck him like an iron blade, cutting through paper. The wound wasn't deep but it did hurt. Ichiro couldn't do much. But at least there wouldn't be any infection. It seemed that this place sped up time... which meant that Ichiro's body would also heal faster... and die faster.

Ichiro watched out for the next move and turn back to catch the culprit, but was left with a cold sensation.

"Bravo... it was close that time. If I couldn't disappear, you would have won... but alas... it's not that easy. But now you know why the attacks come from different places still. And for my last trick, I'll need a volunteer... because I will do the death defying trick of shoving swords through my 'magic' box... or maybe it isn't so death defying..."

The voice announced to Ichiro, and then to an imaginary audience. A blink of an eye later, Ichiro found himself trapped in what seemed like a box. A big box. And then a sword went through. Ichiro dodged it, before another sword pierced into the box... and another and another. Ichiro tried dodging a few but in the end, when the box finally opened, was in bits and pieces... this guy was taking it serious...

"Thank you... thank you very much for your applause. And Ichiro... let me give you a hint to win... the power does not lie within the book. The Grimoire is but a catalyst to unlock hidden power. It is not a power source... it a power purification mechanism."

The voice said, in a very warming tone. Ichiro realized what it meant instantly. It wasn't the Grimoire that was giving him the mana... he was charging himself with mana that he didn't even know he possessed. It unsealed what was inside him... and it was begging to get out. With that knowledge, Ichiro finally knew how to defeat the voice.

Ichiro waited for the incoming attack and then...

His right hand grasped onto the heel of the attacker, who he slung to one side. The attacker seemed to fly endlessly. And then the lights turned on. They were dim, but to Ichiro, they were blinding. Having spent too much time in the darkness did that to you.

When Ichiro got used to the light, he saw a smiling person. The hooded figure had put off his hood. It was Ichiro! He had been fighting himself all this time. How could he have not known? Then the other Ichiro held up the Grimoire, which was floating above his palm.

The Grimoire of Death floated towards Ichiro and entered into his body, merging with it. The tattoo disappeared from his right arm and instead, was replaced by a wing... a sole wing.

Ichiro found that the wing could carry his entire weight as if it were a feather... it was that strong.

Then the arena disappeared and Ichiro was once again back at where he started... Sakura Hill...

*walks up the hill*
damnit i dropped it somewhere over here.....
*looks around on the floor not seeing anyone else*
Nyeh you left it here i saw you drop it!!

*walks up the hill, in a sad mood*

Craiger notices Lee walking up the hill as he rest's upon a nearby bench, her head was hung slightly and her eye's were fixed upon the grass which was covered by a white blanket.
He instantly removed himself from the bench and escaped his jacket, walking over to her.

Once he had come into arm's length he gently placed his jacket around her shoulder's and placed an arm around her. "is everything ok lee?" he whispered in a soothing manner.

*looks up at him then kinda steps to the side,looking down at the ground, a single tear falls off my face and its the ground, melting the snow around the fallen tear*

Craiger was slightly shocked as lee removed herself from his grasp. He stared at her for a while before a single tear fell from her cheek after rolling from her eye and landing in the snow below, making a small sad hole as it burned its way down.

He slowly reached to lay his hand upon her shoulder, unsure if she would move away again. "lee......whats the matter" he muttered, his voice was brimming with concern and worry.

*sniffles*
i-im not sure what to do....
*looks up at him with tears in my eyes*

Craiger, placed his hand upon her shoulder and softly pulled her into a hug, he had no idea what was going on but he was determined to find out. He held her head softly against his chest with one hand and wiped the teary trail from her cheek with the other.

He shushed her quietly and paused before continuing "lee....please tell me whats happened" he requested with a light tone, he knew that his constant questioning had once made leeloo angry and so he attempted to soften his voice as much as he could.

*sniffles again, more tears falling*
i-i...i think im in love with someone else...
*steps back then faces away from him, crossing arms again and more tears continue to fall, then i suddenly drop to my knees*

Craiger froze as lee uttered those words "i think im in love with someone else". His arms stood in mid air for a moment as lee stepped out of them before they flopped to his side's.
Craiger didnt know what to say, instead he simply stared at lee with disbelief.
"lee....i.." he stammered.

His eye's darted around the ground as he tried to make sense of this, tears welling up into his eye's. Had he been betrayed? Had he given up his powers only to be with the person who would ultimately break his heart?

*whispers*
i-im so sorry
*more tears fall and start to burn me as well*

He also fell onto his knee's, his collected tears began streaming down his cheeks as he fell forwards supporting himself with his hands. His tears hit the snow and as they did they burned a hole straight through, just like a hole was now burning through his heart.

"lee....i love you.....you know this.....i've treated you the best i can.....so why?" he sobbed, his arms shaking as the weight of his body began to take its toll upon them.

*cries*
i-i dont know...
*turns around, is shaking a bit from being upset*
*hugs him then kisses the top of his head, whispers while crying*

*gets up and walks away, sniffling and tears still falling, hitting the ground, melting the snow*

Craiger winces as she kisses his head and then watches her as she begins to walk away, his arms gave way and he completely collapsed into the snow, his face was cold and his body was numb, tears continued to fall down his face as he lay there. "lee.....please.....dont go.....please dont go....please" he whispered, however it was uncertain if she could hear him or not.

he could feel his sanity slipping away, if lee were to leave him now, after all the time they had spent together and everything they had been through, Craiger would forever change.
How could she just up and leave him for another person so suddenly? He began to doubt that she ever loved him at all.

His face began to grow pale from the sheer icy cold of the snow and the winter air hitting that wet parts of his face. "A beast like me, truly doesnt deserve to love" he sobbed as he closed his eye's and waited for the cold to consume him.
