*Iori plopped against the ground into a sitting position, setting Shizuka in his lap and cuddling up to her*

Shizuka blinked and stayed still, surprised but not resentful towards Iori's kindness. Rather, she opened her eyes, waking up as the sleep seemed to leave her body. "This is fine, Iori-san." She was going to say something and opened her mouth, breathing in, only to blink and have her mind go blank at the sight of Iori's blush. Her face seemed to heat up internally but no blush showed on her face, rather a surprised expression. "So guys can blush too? I've never seen it..." her voice seemed to trail off in thought as her hand absentmindedly rose up to touch his cheek with her fingertips very lightly, her touch as smooth as silk.

*Iori immediately blushed more at the feeling of Shizuka's touch, but for reasons unknown to him, he leaned into it some. His eyes went from dull to softening and seemed to show more emotion than before*
I don't believe i've seen another male blush as well, nor have i done so myself...or at least, i didn't know of it.
*his smile faded and was replaced by a blank stare, but somehow his face still held so much emotion that it poured from him*

Shizuka nodded once politely, feeling Iori's face lean closer to her touch, the space in between now gone. A blush similar to the shade of the cherry blossoms arose on her cheeks, taking note of the change in his attitude. "I think simple, less seen things are much nicer than something commonly seen. Like, a genuine smile from onee-sama outshines any smile I've ever seen, with my eyes, and soul. And... a man's blush is much more heartfelt then that of a girl..." Her voice once again started at a regular volume then lowered to a whisper so gentle, it felt as if the wind itself was cooing in a whisper. "If I'm making you feel uncomfortable, I'm sorry. Just let me know."

Mm, like a diamond. There are only so many in existence, and because of their rarity, they are considered to be very valuable.
*Then, Iori shook his head in partial response to her other statement*
Im very comfortable, actually. Something about this just feels right.

"Right, Iori-kun. I like pearls more actually, I think it's because it was the first gift I recieved from onee-sama." Shizuka's voice seemed so connected and certain, she was naturally kindhearted. Nor did she want it any other way. If she were to be betrayed again, she would never want to get back at them. Because Karma would take care of their actions. She came back to mentally, looking up to Iori with a serene expression, moving the pad of her thumb against his cheek, in vevety strokes as another breath of wind pushed by, moving the petals in a gentle hurricane, her twin tails moving in front of her shoulders as her bangs were reorganized. "Right...."

*completely drawn into the moment, Iori leaned very slowly toward Shizuka, his eyes still locked onto hers and his body still emitting its natural warmth*

*he continued to head in her direction, not knowing what he would do once he reached her*

Shizuka blinked, staring at Iori with a pair of pure teal eyes, feeling her stomach flip once, her body tensing up, seeing Iori draw closer. With every inch, she exhaled softly and felt her face heat up, the blush tinting a shade or two darker.

*Finally reaching her for what seemed like a millinia, Yagami pressed his forehead to her, still looking into her eyes*
*When he spoke, it sounded as if it werent him at all. It was too soft. It carried so much happiness and emotion that it would have drowned someone unworthy.
But to him, she was more than worthy*
Shizuka...this feeling inside of me..
*he hesitated*

It was as if her heart was trying to rip out of it's place. With every inch Iori lessened the space between their faces, her face beginning to feel hot again, then time, her stomach flipping madly. She gave a weary look into his eyes, completely innocent and tranquil feelings in her own, a tinge of anxiety hidden in them. "I... don't know, I'm sorry..." Shizuka turned her gaze away to look at her own fingertips as they traced along his jaw then down the nape of his neck, resting her palm above his heart, soothingly breathing out.

*Yagami, out of complete and natural feeling, kissed the corner of Shizuka's lips gently and lovingly*

*he then nuzzled against her cheek softly, bringing her even closer to his body*
I believe i may have fallen for you.

Shizuka's reaction to the kiss was one of different feelings. But the dominant ones were definitely embarrassment and surprise. She felt her face begin to raise in temperature, a blush arising atop her cheeks at an alarming rate. "Iori-kun is kind as well..." she replied with a fragile voice, her appearing parallel to her voice. She felt her body move closer to Iori's, the space in between them completely gone now. She moved for a moment and blinked, her eyes a little wide. "Fallen? I didn't mean... to cause you pain..."

*Iori laughed to himself abit, moving his head back a little from hers*
It simply means i like you...very much.
*his eyes strayed to the side*
It's okay if you dont feel the same though.
*a smile came across his face, still looking away*
Im just so happy that i could spend this time with you.

Hearing Iori's laughter had made Shizuka's mind go blank, the corners of her mouth pulling up in a petite and loving smile. She watched him with adoring eyes, raising her hand to his cheek, caressing it gently with slow, light strokes. "I like Iori-kun very much as well..." she paused for a moment as the quaint smile grew an inch on her face. "I'm glad that you don't think time with me was wasted. That makes me very happy."

How can time be wasted...when it simply stands still when im with you?~
*Yagami leaned his head into her hand once again, looking into her eyes with great passion*
I didnt want to steal a kiss earlier, so i didnt kiss your lips.
*he moved his face close to her, his breathing very low*
But now, i want to ask your permission to do so.
*he stroked her cheek as well with the back of his hand*

*runs up to Shizuka and pulls her away from Iori*

*Iori turns around and looks at the girl, in slight shock from such a sudden mood change*

Shizuka blinked and her smile lightened up a small amount to hear his praise, catching the emotions in his eyes and blushing, taken aback, but in a positive way. "Kiss.. me-?" she felt her heart drop into her stomach and a rosy blush tinted her porcelain skin noticeably simply by him touching her. Her face remained calm and aloof, but her eyes held great happiness, suddenly feeling her body pulled away, her eyes blinking thrice. She glanced to the person's back and tilted her head to the side. "Remilia-chan...?"

*takes off glasses and turns to Iori then Shizuka*
What are you doing Shizuka?
*bites lip a little concerned*
Saku-chan will have your neck... or his.. I don't know yet.

*he studied the girl who had jumped in*

A sweatdrop formed on the back of her head and slid down slowly, her blush fading but her face still felt hot. "I was spending time with Iori-kun..." she explained, her voice gentle but normal, gesturing to Iori. She turned her eyes to look towards Iori and watched him, pinching the seam of her skirt.

*crosses arms as ahoge shoots up*
Man... I can't imagine Saku-chan's reaction... well... maybe I can...
Gah, that's way to scary, no way in Hell am I experiencing that!
What am I going to say now? I can't say yes to her in a relationship?

Shizuka nodded to Remilia once and gave a rather timid smile, reaching out and hugging her arm gently and for a moment. After she released her arm and breathed in softly, she glanced over to Iori for a moment, watching the expression he held through his eyes, placing her hands behind her back and looking back down to the ground. "I will, Remilia-chan."
