*looks at him and smiles*

to artix's surprise talking about her sister didnt phase baha at all
should i press on this matter as a conversation topic or drop it just in case she does get sad
"so tell me what was your sister like?" he asked with a gentle smile

she was very nice...sometimes she lost her temper...but only when people were making her mad...shes pretty much just like me...but the sword i have used to be hers until when she came here...then she gave it to me....we pretty much look the same too
*smiles*
she was a great sister

artix could see now that baha's sister wasnt a very touchy topic
"and im sure she considered you as a great sister too" he chuckled

*smiles at him*
i really wish she was still alive...
*looks at him again*

artix really didnt know what to say to that, and he didnt want to ask about her death either as he knew that it would upset her, instead he sat and stared at the ground.

*lifts his head up*
hey? whats wrong?

"oh...its..er...its nothing just wasnt sure what to say is all" he answered truthfully.

oh...well uh...okay then
*smiles and lets go of his head and lays on my back on the ground*

"so" artix began with a sigh "i noticed that everybody here came to the acadamy because of something that happened to them in the past...if you dont mind my asking....why did you come here?" he asked politely

well...i came to be with my sister.....but soon after i got here i found out she d-died
*puts my hand under my head and looks up at the sky, letting down a small spot shining on my face*
and what about you?

"i was told to come here by my uncle...im running away from my family and my half sisters family, both want me dead. at first i thought my father killed my mother, but upon meeting my half sister chimitsu i learned that her father framed mine and persuaded my family to hunt me down....my personal reason for being here is because im searching for my half sisters father....so i can kill him." he explained a hint of hate escaping his voice everytime he mention his half sisters family.

oh...well im sorry
*looks at him with light orange eyes*
*sits up and puts my hand on his back*
its good that you are here though
*smiles*

"even if i wont be here for long" he muttered with a smile as he looked at baha.

*smiles, covers mouth as i yawn and lays back on the ground sliding my hand down his back, then puts my hands under my head again and looks up*
well today is a nice day

artix leans back slightly to stare up at the sky " i agree it's very nice" he chuckled happily.

*looks at him and smiles*

*sighs and i close my eyes, feeling the warm sun on my face*

artix pulled his wooden sword from his belt and stared at the engraving on the side "protect those of the light, condemn those whose darkness has engulfed them" he read aloud.

*eyes open and look over at artix*
hey i have a question

artix looks up from his sword and stares at baha "well im not a walking encyclopedia" he joked "but im sure i can answer your question" he added with a smile

it may sound a bit weird but
*sits up and looks at the ground*
d-do you think im evil?

artix sighed and thought for a few moments "ill tell you the truth....at first i thought something was strange about you.....but if you were evil my sword would have hurt you severely when it hit you....tell me did you feel at all like you were going to die when my sword hit you?" he asked.

ummm....nope
*puts my hand on my side where it had sliced at me*
but it did hut my side though
*smiles*

"im sorry about that.....anyway my sword the blood red blade....whenever it slices and evil being it destroys the darkness inside of them....if that darkness has consumed the person the that person will also die...thats how i know that your not evil" he smiled "of course the blades not perfect there are ways around it....but ill say thats its extremely difficult almost impossible" he added

*smiles*
well im just glad to hear that im not evil
*moves my hand away from the cut on my side*
