The Waterfountain

*took the child away from him, frowing, putting the child back on the ground*

*takes gloves off, and puts her hands on his clothes, eyes flashing black as heat coursed over his body, and dryed his clothes and his skin*

He frowned as she put the child down and watched it scurry away crying to hsi parents, who were equally as frightened, that a mad man who seemingly commited suicide was now using their blessing boy as a towel. But then the sudden rush of hot air covered his being and he felt himself drying. Turning his head back he saw it was of Akinas doing and realised this was her ability. Oh how his mind cast himself back to the time in the see when he realised her ability, very usuful on cold days and for heating up food and the like. Subconsiously his hands put a marsh mellow on a stick and palce it infront of her hands, allowing it to melt and then put it in hsi mouth and eat it, as his mind wandered down memory lane.

"Still got the radiator magic i see, gained anymroe control over it?"

He said with his mouth full of melted marsh mellows, as he was now holding 4 sticks with 5 of the cushiony sweets on each. His face looking perfectly innocent, like this was a normal thing to do when he is being dried by his saviour. But as Daisuke new very well, he was far from normal, since the past 3 months he has no memory of his past, last thing he remembered was making out with his girl friend, and now he finds himself waking up on a bench drunk. He probably went on an extreme booze up, since they must have broken up, most likely reason for his current situation. But he had plenty of time to find out how many STI's he caught during those 3 months on rebound girls at a later date, what was important now was the present!

*grabs the marshmellows, causing them to melt all over the ground*

He moand and kicked like a child as Akina began dragging him away. Other children laughed as they saw this giant of a man kick and scream like them one minute then act normal the other. This caused all of them to follwo suit, however they just ended up crying loudly and pissing their parents off a lot. With a chuckled turning to a laugh he nodded to Akina

"Yes onwards my dear!"

*keeps dragging him away from the fountain*

*Walks up to the fountain as a illusion of Kin appears*

*looks at Chappy for a answer knowing Maya wouldn't give one*

The waterfountain... a stone fountain spouting water from a dragon's mouth, nothing too symbolic. Meanwhile, the water that was collected in the basin reflected sunlight into Ichiro's eyes. Ichiro himself was walking towards the fountain to sit down and chomp down on the sandwich he had made previously. After all the incidents, Ichiro felt it was good to sit down and take a break. Everyone he had fought had been extremely strong.

It didn't seem like much trouble to just take a rest after all of that. Ichiro noticed Maya, while resting onto the marble basin's edge. It was quite wide, about the size of a sofa, since the fountain was huge. Ichiro smiled and called for Maya, breaking a piece of his sandwich to share with her.

*Blinks and looks to see who called her covering her mouth coughing*
Oh great look who it is.....
*whacks Kin*
Hey!!!
Oops my hand slipped...
Yeah right.....
*walks over and sits next to Ichi-Ich Chappy and Kin following*

"Hey Maya."

Ichiro passed Maya the bit of sandwich. He heard her cough and wondered what was wrong. So he asked...

"What's wrong? I heard you coughing."

Ichiro asked, hoping that he would get an answer. He looked over to Kin and Chappy and smiled at Chappy. Chappy nodded back. It was good to know there was a trustworthy being protecting Maya.

Oh nothing I'm sure.
*smiles at him taking a bite of the sandwich piece he passed her*
Uh..... She's been coughing quite a lot Lord Ichiro. I wouldn't be surprised if she has been coughing up blood
*whacks the bunny*
Keep that up well...... You know what happens when Maya glares at things.
*smirks as the bunny backs away a litte*
*sits there looking at nothing with dull blue eyes*

"I see..."

Ichiro says, nodding. He was worried but not too much. There was bound to be something in his box of miracle medicine that could cure her.

"You might have tuberculosis but I'm not sure..."

Ichiro said, checking Maya thoroughly. He then gave her a lollipop.

"Suck on this and you'll stop coughing. It's one of my great inventions."

*looks at the sucker*
I'm not aloud to have those....... If Zetta-sama see's me with one in my mouth he poofs it away....
*sighs*
Just take it..... There's no harm plus Zetta-sama isn't around that much any more....

"Haha. Don't worry about anyone. Just eat it."

Ichiro said, smiling and laughing. He wondered who this "Zetta-sama" was, but he didn't bother asking. It didn't concern anything right now. He patted Chappy on its head, and asked it what was really wrong with Maya. Chappy should be able to recognize any disease that Maya had, even if Ichiro couldn't.

*Takes the sucker and looks at Chappy who just shrugged leaving her a little confused*
I'm not quite sure if she has anything yet but it sounds really bad
*he sent the thought to Lord Ichiro's head*
Uh...... What are you two talking about?
*Coughs again even with the sucker in her mouth*

Ichiro nodded and watched as Maya coughed again.

"Maya...do you know why you are coughing?"

Ichiro asked, concerning about her constant coughing. It was not right. If she had the lollipop, she should be fully well. But she wasn't. And the intensity of the cough was strong as well... something was up. But what?

N-n-no I don't but it's starting to hurt really bad....
*Looks at Chappy then Kin then Ichi-Ich*
What if I......... I............
*trails off looking at the water fountain*

"What if?"

Ichiro asked, wondering what Maya was going to say... but he already knew. He didn't want to think about it. That was why. He was avoiding it. There was a chance... no... there shouldn't even be a chance.

*Coughs more harder this time then glances into her hand quickly wiping it on her pants*
Shit...........

Ichiro notices Maya coughing and the dark patch on her pants where she wiped it. Maya was coughing blood... Ichiro feared the possibility, but he didn't want it to happen. But there was no ignoring it now.

Ichiro picked Maya up and raced her towards the hospital. "We got to get you somewhere safe first."

*Blinks and looks at him*

*walks up to the waterfountain*
