Explanation & Limits of Gift:
Zel is not only a vampire but a vampire able to control even hells fire.He doesn't even have to lift a finger all he does is look and bang fire.All he needs is air and plenty of blood.If not it will drain every bit of him and he will collapse and won't be able to move.Also his blood has special healing abilities if drank.But weakens him alot

Physical Looks: Zel is 5'7" and is kinda short for his age.He weighs 130lbs.He has pretty pale white skin even for a vampire.He's got a pretty wiry frame,and his posture is usaully pretty lazy.He has pointy incisors that are easy to see whenever he talks.Both his ears are pierced and he's always wearing that pair of gold,
circular earrings he has. His eyes are red, notably the color of blood,
and his hair is expertly dyed to match. He dresses very casually, often
in weird stuff like track suits and tennis shoes, which he somehow
manages to look pretty good in. He'll sometimes go outside of the usual
swing of things and wear stuff like plain t-shirts, dark jeans,
whatever Sayuka and Asuka(Maids) have put in his closet, or maybe an overcoat
if it makes sense. He wears his black toque a lot, though on
rare occasions you can see him without it. He hates formal dress, but
still takes very good care of his overall appearance.

What is there beyond the night? There are times filled with anxiety
General Attitude/Personality:
Sometimes cold and sometimes kind, Zel has the potential to be
your best friend or your greatest enemy. Sometimes even both. He can be
charming, polite, and playful--an expert at winning people over with a
good sense of humor and a supposed consideration for their feelings.
He's clever and eloquent, making a wonderful conversationalist and an
interesting guy to have around. He generally comes off as smug and a
bit lazy, laid-back and not one to take anything too seriously.
Pay attention to him for a while, though, and you'll start to see more
than his usual debonair flair. Sure, he can be a great guy, but he can
also be flighty, conceited, condescending, and manipulative. He finds
the pain of other people to be hilarious and will dig around for points
to exploit or ways to one-up the other guy. He gets a real kick out of
controlling people and pissing them off--yet, sometimes even these
negative traits add to his wild sense of charisma, and people can't
help but be drawn to his confidence and his strong sense of adventure.
However, Zel's smug personality is really a mask for what's
hiding underneath. In truth, he's a complete sociopath with very
sketchy morals, at best. He dislikes almost everyone, and hates
humanity as a whole. Though he hardly ever shows it, he's got a wicked
temper, and any little thing could set him off. He's violent and
dangerous; a delinquent at the best of times. He loves watching things break,
especially people. Everything he does is in relation to himself, as he
is his own first priority in all his plans. He really is full of
himself, and hates it when people try to make jabs at his ego. He
openly considers himself to be one of the bad guys. He doesn't much
care for the larger problems of the world, only getting involved in
things that interest him and would keep him amused. His life is,
essentially, a chase of one thrill after another. His mind operates
almost entirely on logic and sense, and he's turned things like
conversation into a high science. He lacks a proper sense of fear or
sadness, which tends to cause him to lose sight of what consequences
might come of his actions.
While he's technically been in this sociopathic mindset since
even before he was turned into a vampire, the passage of eight-hundred
years certainly hasn't helped. He's watched the world go from bad to
worse, and he believes everything of worth in life is dead and gone. He
tends to shun away other people, since they'll all just die off or
leave anyway. Instead of focusing on friends, he focuses on himself,
and he's honestly never minded that he's lived most of his life alone.
All vampires seek death, and Zel is no exception, but he refuses to
go out in anything less than a blaze of glory. His Blood is defined by
conflict, and so he actively seeks it out, indulging in violence and
danger whenever he can. He has strong beliefs about how he should live
in accordance to his bloodline, and a great deal of pride in who he is.
The one thing he values, above anything else, is his personal freedom,
and won't stand for anyone trying to control him in any way. While he
has the potential to be the worst kind of scum you'll ever meet, he
also has the potential to be helpful, or even peaceful. He seems to
have a vague sense of honor, and finds himself above certain targets.
He doesn't mind children or animals very much, and he will occasionally
find a person that he honestly enjoys being around as well. The latter
is a fairly rare occurrence, however.

Other:He can be quite lazy at times,he can't go more than three months but he often indulges himself,no he doesn't turn into a bat and his bites won't turn you into a vampire unless you drink some of his blood.Also his bites don't hurt it's very pleasurable.But if he drinks someones blood you can hear his thought see his actions and his feeling(Including if he lies) but only for an hour.

History: As a human, Zel lived a nondescript life in 11th century Poland, up
until about the age of sixteen, when he was turned into a vampire by
his Sire, "The War God" Asura. He pretty much ditched the human life to
go embrace the ways of the Black Blood, along with the rest of his
bloodline. He quickly grew into a vampire with top-class destructive
power, able to use his Blood's abilities right away. Fire has
traditionally been a vampire's greatest weakness, and so his
bloodline's ability to control it helped bolster his reputation. Barely
a century in, his Blood became engaged in a war to prove their
bloodline to the rest of the Black Blood world, as before then they
were just considered a new line; weaklings with no standing. It was a
long and bloody fight, and the rest of his bloodline was destroyed in
the process, but he alone was able to survive, crushing every last
opponent that challenged his Blood. After that he was known as the
Red-Eyed Murderer but manly referred as Red Eyed Prince Of Vampires, as well as other things, and he continued to carry
on his Blood's legacy of chaos and war wherever he went after that. He
was viewed with awe and respect, but also feared and loathed by many.
He was alone for most of the rest of his life, and he never really
minded
