Description:It is affected by a slash that only activates when commanded then it would cause a person to feel a sensation that causes enough freezing to slow down the movement by a bare 20% but the effect can numb the wound causing the person to still be able to fight without the pain for about a minute {Description of the weapon or ability [This will greatly determine the amount of stamina. Be descriptive and unique!]}
Advantages:It injures a person and slows the movement when the attack is over,the wound would start to hurt {Minimum: 1}
Disadvantages:The person is numbed from the pain.It also does not last long so if it is a minor injury the person can just attack and it does not slow down the entire body {Minimum: 2}
