HOKKAIDO ACADEMY COURT

Swear to say the truth and nothing but the truth.

When there comes a time when a rule is broken or when there is conflict between each one another, you have an option of bringing it forth for the administrators and Moderators to view your case and find a solution to your problem. An Administrator, Moderator or Member is able to call for a session in this Out of Character court room to solve Out of Character matters. Everyone has a default piece of evidence for them which is the Rules & Regulation, Fighting handbook and the Banishment/Suspension System. If you have any other source of information, then please be my guest and present it.

- You are allowed to "hire" a lawyer to speak for you and defend you. -

If you are uncomfortable, you do have an option of hiring anyone on the site to defend you. They do however have a right to decline so respect their wishes.

Everyone has a right to express their opinion in this topic, even those who are no involved with this case. If you feel strongly about a member's place, any member is able to post they're idea but only if it is the side's turn to present their side.

For example

[It is Remilia's turn to speak. All who don't think Remilia is guilty will be able to post.

It is Suzumi's turn to speak, All who agree with Suzumi that Remilia is guilty, will be able to post]

The members will be able to be our jury in a sense. We'd like to hear your opinions too as long as they are reasonable. Not like "It's unfair!". Well, why is it unfair is the question. Please have something to backup what you say.

However, there will be no "shouting" [i.e. Caps], Profanity, or spamming. Everyone is able to express their opinion in an orderly fashion. Spamming will lead to one warning..

The judge will usually be me or any other admin. We won't choose favorites, we're not that shallow. We are hear to listen to what you have to say.

It seems that almost everyone is present. Ai Saori agrees to going to court and Shungo agrees to court. Please keep everything in a respectable manner.

The case today is the accusation that Shungo is Ai Saori. All thoughts for the jury [members] will be accepted but please read the following rules above.

I would like to specify evidence that may prove Shungo and Ai Saori being the same person.

First of all, I have collected evidence from a member who would not like their name specified. The images below represent that Shungo did indeed post first, and that during the time, Ai Saori was RPing with Drina. Shungo's post mix-up was then deleted, and Ai Saori's was presented. The actions of Shungo's post were then copy/pasted onto a post that Ai Saori posted. This has the possibility of showing that Ai Saori and Shungo were using the same device in order to post, for such a thing is able to be done with different servers on the same device.

I am here to speak on the behalf of Shungo Zanzekkai:

I am aware of the evidence being presented, and, having talked to Shungo prior to this, have, although no physical evidence, his word on several things. He explained to me about the circumstances concerning the screen shots. He knows Ai as a friend from outside of HA, and at the time of the screen shots her keyboard was broken. He typed up what she wanted to say, posted it, she copied and pasted it on her own account, and that was it. He explained that he hadn't been paying attention to the mess it might have caused, and thus wants my help on it.

At the moment, I am done speaking until further asked.

From what I understand of the Kururu/Shungo situation, Shungo was the original creator of the account for a friend. He admitted to me that he did on a few occasions play her when his friend was not into the rp just so the character could have some worth, but eventually his friend did take over the account once more.

**Note: As a note to those who disliked Kururu, thinking she was Shungo because of how she acted, when Shungo played her, he intended for her to have a shy personality, and it was only once his friend began to play her did her personality turn less than desirable.

How are you contacting Shungo with this information? As in, how is Shungo telling you the story? Through PM? Messenger?

A few days ago, when the screen shots were discussed in the cb, I PM'd him because I was curious as to what had happened. He gave me information through the PM, but he is not currently PMing me with that information. ^^
