When I first got back. Ianus took this form. He said something about not wanting to keep in his true strength any more. It sucks up energy when I hold it. But it gives it back twicefold, although its not my energy.
Can you explain it?

Do you see these?
They are like polar opposites.
The middle of the blade draws your energy, and by the time the energy flows from the middle to the tips, and back, the extra energy is created. Simply by the two ends being in such opposition to each other that they must create extra energy to push against the other. Thus, twice the amount flows back to the middle when you deal a blow.
Does that make sense?

Somewhat yes. And I feel that this version of Ianus is stronger.
Ianus is a powerful blade. He has a soul, even if it is evil.
I can feel his strength pulsing through me everytime I use this version
But... any tips on how to get it stronger?

Draw more energy into yourself, the more energy you are able to put into the blade, the more you will deal when it doubles.
