| Rebellion - Spartoi (Pilot Plot.) Attention! Notice from the Hunter's Association!
We regret to inform you eternals, but due to rising rebellions, the Hunter Council has decided, for the better of innocents and humans, we are now putting a new mandatory law in effect. The law states that:
1.5.5.1.3.C-Paragraph Seven: Any eternal, regardless of age or gender, is not permitted to be near any other race that is not their own. This is a new law that is being put into effect immediately. That is, vampires to vampires, halfbreeds to halfbreeds, etc. Any hunter witnessing this has complete permission granted to take any measures necessary from restricting this. The races involved in this law are every existing race, from vampire to elven. To keep violence from rising, all powers will be limited. That is, mages are not allowed to perform any type of magic, werewolves and vampires are prohibited from using abnormal abilities, demons cannot use their powers or any kind, etc. If any race is seen speaking with, aiding, or even near each other, serious measures will be taken. If any race is seen using their abilities without clear and complete permission, drastic measures will also be taken. Please note that rebelling against this will lead to death of you and possibly your loved ones.
The Hunter Council has issued a new mandate(see above) putting more pressure onto creatures. As a retort, Kukai Yakumo and Abel Dawnlan have gone underground and created Spartoi1, a group to combat the Council and its hunters. They have taken it upon themselves to train and organize the group in response to the hunters. To join, Abel, Kukai, or Kuro Tadashi must be sought out and pass a certain test to enter. Qué será, será. The ending is open, and you make it all your own.
1Spartoi: Greek for “the sown.” It was a group of skeletons set loose to fight insanity.
