She controls any form of water even rain waer, she can use her powers on water while shes inside, just on water that in the same room as her.

She weilds a white and blue katana that allows her to enhance her water controlling powers. It's been passed down from the strongest fighters in her family acroos generations. From her great grand father to her grandfather to her dad to her.

Physical Looks: She's 5'7", skinny, hour glass shape, clear complextion, ice blue eyes, blonde hair, two red tiger marks on her checks about an inch thick, usally dresses casuallly, has ears peirced.

History: She was born on april 23 1994 into the noble and powerful Shinjaku family. She grew up learning the fighting styles of many cultures in order to follow in her ansesters foot steps. By the time she was ten she'd follow her father on missions. She recived her katana when she was twelve and mastered it when she was thirteen. By the middle of that year she could speak to the spirit sealed inside named Mizu. Being her fathers personal favorite, she was the one powerful enough to enherit the katana due to all the training her father helped her this. This, as would be expected, sparked a strong rivalry between her and her older brother. Him wanting the katana more then anything but being put as second best to his youngest sister by his father. He childhood was over all very happy, but this all came to an abrupt hault. When she was only fourteen and her younger brother only ten, her mother was murdered while on a mission to the north. The training stopped, the missions stopped, everything just seemed to stop when this happened. Her father was devistaed, she would try and cheer him up but it would only last for a short while. It was a year after this that her father realized that Kira and her siblings might be next. Losing his spouse was bad enough, he couldn't handle loosing his family to who ever killed their mother.For their protection he sent them to the school in order for them to stay safe and train in safety
