Explanation & Limits of Gift:

Able to see and feel anyone Aura's. Mya always loves to look into them during battle because it can sometimes be very useful. She can also control someone else Aura's. It is a very hard task to do and uses up most of her energy. Most the time she uses it to look and see how the person is feeling. If the person is a friend of Mya's, she will always help them. If it is an enemy, however, she tries to use it against them. The limit is that Mya has to be 10 feet close to the person in order for Mya to read the aura that inside of the person.
Weapon: Sword : Jacob

Explanation of Weapon:

Mya summons a sword that is very useful when she fights an enemy. It was a sword that Jacob made for her before going to the Academy. Mya put a spell on the sword so it is surrounded with lots of good aura that is from Mya. She named the sword "Jacob" since her younger brother loved her so much.

Physical Looks:
Mya has very gray eyes, but they do change colors once in a while. Her body is very small and slim. The first thing most people notice is how short Mya is when she walks into a room because she only 5'2. Mya usually has her hair up in buns and it depends on her mood how many buns she wears in her hair. If she is very angry, there is usually only one in the back that is very prefect. Her hair is an amber red or brown, that goes down about to her back. She has one birth mark which is on the back of her neck. Shaped as a small rose that means that she part of the family she never knew.

General Attitude/Personality: Mya is usually very kind and sweet. Always ready to help someone out when they are in danger. She always tries to be happy even if she is very depressed. Mya never shows that she is upset, it's hard for her to show her true self to others unless she really opens up to them. Mya also looks at auras to see if she can trust the people she is around. Most the time if it is dark she tries to stay away from that person unless they come up to her and try to make friends. Sometimes Mya stares at someone for long period of time to see their aura. Mya Is still learning how to use her special powers. If she ever gets angry at someone, she ignores them for some time and than gets over it. Mya is a very forgiving girl when a friend says sorry to her. She will always stick up for her old and new friends no matter what. There are times where she loves to hang around with a group of friends so she always feels safe.
Goals: To Learn about her power of reading aura's better, to be able to learn all the powers in her book as fast as possible, to make new friends, to keep evil from using her, to find true love and true friends. Also learning of her last name and seeing her family is possible.

Bad Habits: Loves to be random in conversations and to stare at others to see their aura for a long period of time. Mya does act without thinking which usually gets her into trouble most the time.
Fears: Being Alone & Darkness
Other: That she part of a special group of light mage's. The only reason she knows this is because of the birth mark on back of her neck. Mya's grandmother, from her mother's side, gave her the mage book that belonged to her mother, but sadly doesn't know her father's side at all and doesn't even know her mother's last name. All the grandma knew is that the book belongs to Mya now and that she should use it.

History: The history of Mya starts out were she was born: a small village. Her mother and father both were so glad when they had Mya. The village was attacked by the government to take away Mya because she had the powers of a light mage and was able to see aura when Mya was two years old. Her mother was able to hide her by moving to where the mother's mom lived. Later the government started to search out for Mya's mother thinking that Mya would be with her. When her mother saw that they were looking for her, she left Mya in the care of the grandmother. At the age of 8, Mya started to tell that she had the powers of a light mage. She knew that she could see and feel auras from every person. Mya told her grandmother of her powers and the grandmother started to teach her how to use her powers to tell what someone was feeling. She used many books to teach Mya how these powers can be used for good or evil. Of course, Mya used her powers for good. Most children of that village were very scared of Mya which hurt her feelings. No one wanted to be around someone who would be staring at you because of some odd power that she had. Most of the other children ignored her and treated her like an outsider. So Mya usually never went outside. Instead, she read many books.

Later on the grandmother adopted a young boy hoping that the boy would love his older sister. Jacob was about 8 year old when he met Mya and looked at her with huge green eyes and his blue hair. Mya was about 12 years old when she met Jacob. She looked at him like he was someone that just added onto the house but later on she learned that he was part of her life. Jacob loved Mya as a sister after a few days and grew very close to her. He started to talk to her about books and how he loved to draw. Mya sat right next to him listening and just smiled at him as he talked about his life. Jacob loved to see Mya smile, He would make jokes and tease her just to see her smile. He loved how Mya would tease and joke with him back and always hug him so tightly. Jacob never really understood why the children from her past didn't like Mya. All he knew was that he loved her so much and wants Mya to live a very happy life.

When Mya was 14, she started to take care of the house. She learned how to be a good housekeeper. Grandmother explains that one day she would marry a wonderful man who would treat her with lots of love and care. She also told Mya that she should learn how to cook, clean, and take care of the house at the age. Mya learned very quickly how to do all these things. Mya did it every day when she woke up and never would sleep in. She loved to help out her grandmother any way she could. At the age of 16, her grandmother showed her this school. Mya thought it be a good time to try to get a life of her own. Learning new ways to use her magic and getting a life. She wants to make friends that are true and a lover. During that summer, she started to pack and grab everything she owned. Her younger brother Jacob was crying because he was going to miss Mya. Mya promised him that she would write letters back and forth to Jacob and gave him a huge hug. A few tears came out of her eyes when she hugged Jacob. This was the first time she ever got upset. Jacob smiled and then said, "Better be back before I vanish as well, I mean, you never know what will happen Mya." Mya closed the door behind her and headed to the train going to the academy. When she got there, she felt a lot of auras. Some very dark and light, and even some between. Then she made a small smirk and said,
"Hope that they be ready for me." After those words she walked into the school.
